This is the third discussion in our current 360 Discussion Series on Modern Learners: Navigating Multiple Personas and Commitments. The findings of our 2023 Student Financial Wellness Survey show 38% of respondents consider themselves workers attending school rather than students who work. Trying to fit academics around a work schedule can create competing priorities and force these modern learners to regularly choose between needs and goals.
