The over 40 million students who started college but did not graduate (Some College, No Credential – SCNC) represents a big opportunity for colleges to serve. These students have already shown an interest in postsecondary education which, in theory, should make them easier students to enroll. However, these students come with many unique and interesting roadblocks to enrollment, which can be managed with some careful attention and service. This toolkit reviews how colleges can start to re-enroll SCNC students and support their journey to graduation.
