Perceptions of Institutional Support

It is important for institutions to understand their students’ barriers and struggles and provide crucial support services as needed. Students who feel connected to and supported by their institution develop a stronger sense of belonging. The Trellis Strategies Student Financial Wellness Survey asks students about their perceptions of institutional support, such as making costs more affordable and institutional awareness of their financial difficulties. This webinar will provide an overview of the data from the fall 2023 survey and showcase campuses that received high scores on institutional support.
